How do I get support?
Support is available for our support clients via our support request system. All others should use our contact page.
I just need some help. Do I need a support plan?
Maintaining a healthy site is an on-going process and we highly recommend that you have a support plan to ensure your site is continually kept secure and up-to-date. That said, we can certainly lend a hand when needed and will be glad to give you an estimate. But don’t forget, our support plan members get a higher priority and also receive a discount on our hourly rate!
I’m a web designer and I hate updating plugins…can you help?

I have more than one website. Do you offer any discounts?
While each site should have it’s own support plan, we do offer discounts if you own multiple sites. We also offer discounts if you choose to pay on an annual basis (versus monthly). Contact us today to discuss your options.
Do you provide web hosting services?
We do not offer web hosting services. If you are in need of quality hosting services, contact us and we’ll provide you with some great suggestions!
Do you offer 24/7 support?
We offer support during our normal business hours which are Monday thru Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Under special circumstances, we do occasionally schedule work to be done after hours. We always recommend that you have a good hosting provider that you can rely on for any after-hours emergencies.
Do you offer phone support?
We currently do not offer phone support. All support requests should be submitted via our website. That said, on occasion it may be more efficient to speak directly regarding a question or issue. If that’s the case, we will schedule a phone call or Zoom meeting.
Do you support WordPress.com hosted sites?
We do not. We only support self-hosted WordPress websites. If you’re not sure what type of WordPress site you have, contact us and we’ll gladly have a look!
Can you redesign my website?
While we have designed and developed many sites over the years, our main focus at WPRx is support. If you’re thinking about a site makeover or redesign, contact us and we’ll be glad to discuss your options.
Do support hours roll-over or can I user future hours for a project?
Support hours do not roll over from month to month nor can you use future hours for a project. If you need additional time for a task or project, let us know and we’ll give you an estimate.
Do you offer search engine optimization (SEO) services?
Google loves a well optimized website. That said, we can absolutely make sure your site is fast and technically sound. Sites on our support plans are continually monitored and updated to make sure they continue to perform well. Beyond that, we can recommend an SEO expert that will help you optimize your site structure and content. Contact us today to discuss a recommendation!
