Our automated uptime monitoring tool will monitor your website 24/7. If there’s a problem, we’ll know about it and respond as soon as possible. We can also add you to the alerts so you can alert your hosting provider if needed.

Security issues happen all the time and sometimes you may not know about it for days or weeks! Our security scans will detect malware, check if your website has been blacklisted, and also check for known vulnerabilities so we can take care of the problem quickly.

Each of our support plans comes with a monthly schedule for updates. We’ll update your site and thoroughly test it to ensure it’s working properly. And, if we encounter an issue after an update, we’ll either revert the update or fix it to make sure your site continues to run smoothly and securely.
Quick Fixes
Our Business and Professional plans include time to help you with your site. Sometimes it’s something simple like swapping out an image or updating a color. Most minor updates are done in about 15 minutes**. If you use up your time, we’ll let you know so there’s no surprises with any additional billing. Of course, as a member you’ll always get a discount off our normal hourly rate for any additional time.
Performance Checks
Our Business and Professional plans include scheduled performance checks to ensure your site continues to perform well. If there is a drop in your site’s performance, we’ll get an alert so we can look into any issues that might be affecting your site.
External Broken Link Scans
What happens when you link to another site and they’ve changed or deleted their post URL? Our Platinum clients will benefit from daily scans for external broken links (up to 10k links). Our monitoring tool will scan your site and send us a report when issues arise. We can then export that list to a spreadsheet for you or you can have us fix the links for you.
